  13. I whole-heartedly support this change.  Output files should
  14. always go to CWD, and this won't affect the WEB2C makefile, since
  15. you are where you want the pool files when you run tangle anyway.

  17. Output files to CWD is so nearly universal that I am suprpised
  18. to find that this slipped by.
